Zlatan Ibrahimovic names The Next Star of world football: 'I like his style'

"Haaland will be the next star of world football," Zlatan Ibrahimovic has told the media, as per SportBible.

"I like his style, I like the way he plays and above all the way he talks. He's got a great personality. He talks and backs it up on the pitch. That's how a footballer should be. I really like it," the Swedish striker explains.

It's not surprising that Ibrahimovic has picked Haaland – both players are centre-forwards who are superb at their favourite activity, scoring goals.

Last season, 21-year-old Haaland scored 41 goals in 41 games for Borussia Dortmund. Zlatan, in turn, netted a few really important goals for AC Milan, helping his side come back to the Champions League after a while.
