Ainsley Maitland-Niles has been banished from Arsenal training following his social media outburst, as per the Mirror.
The 24-year-old made his frustrations with the club public on Tuesday, pleading with the Gunners to let him join a club where 'he was going to play'.
And it appears that Mikel Arteta wasn't pleased with the player's Instagram activity. Not only will Maitland-Niles not be leaving the Emirates, he has also been reprimanded by the club.
