Ex-Barcelona defender Jordi Alba has called Angel Di Maria one of his toughest opponents and shared his admiration for the former Real Madrid player.

"My toughest opponent? Di María was one of the players I had the most difficulty playing against.

"Di María at Real Madrid was incredible, a fantastic player. He never stopped running.

"He is a year older than me and is still running. I have always admired him a lot."
