Real Madrid are keen on signing Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi to improve their midfield line next season, claims Real Madrid Confidencial.
Los Blancos are willing to pay the Spaniard’s €45m release clause to termpt their La Liga rivals to sell him to them.
Real Madrid could add a potential player swap as a sweetener for the deal and young striker Gonzalo Garcia is one of the names they’re thinking about offering to Real Sociedad.
Zubimendi has made 31 appearances for the Spanish side this season, and is also attracting interest from Arsenal.
