RB Leipzig hosted Borussia Dortmund at the Red Bull Arena on matchday 26 of Bundesliga.
Xavi Simons’s goal gave the home side the lead in the first half. After the break, he also provided an assist, with Lois Openda doubling the Bulls’ advantage. Despite dominating the second half, the visitors failed to score, leaving BVB empty-handed.
This marks RB Leipzig’s fifth consecutive home win over Dortmund across all competitions.
