Brighton & Hove Albion will appoint Jim Moxon as their new men's first-team club doctor at the end of the season, after he completes his notice period at Manchester United.
Moxon, who previously worked at Liverpool, will oversee player treatment on a daily basis. Florian Pfab will remain head of medicine, continuing his role after joining from Eintracht Frankfurt in July 2023.
The club has been using part-time doctors since Vicann During left in late 2023.
Brighton have struggled with injuries this season, with key players such as Tariq Lamptey, Solly March, and Lewis Dunk missing matches.
