Luis de la Fuente: 'The match v Netherlands will be tough like final'
19 March, 21:47
Spain’s national team head coach Luis de la Fuente has shared his thoughts ahead of the first leg of the Nations League quarter-final clash against the Netherlands, set for March 20.
"The Netherlands have a very young, talented squad. At this level, age doesn’t matter. What counts are ability, determination, and talent.
"We always aim to win. We never think about experimenting or leaving things to be settled in Valencia in the second leg. That doesn’t cross our minds. It’s going to be a tough match, like a final," de la Fuente said.
