Palmer set for second injury scan as Chelsea remain hopeful that he will be fit for clash vs Tottenham - Daily Mail

According to Daily Mail, Cole Palmer is set to undergo a second scan on his muscular injury, which has kept him out of action and prevented him from joining the England national team.
The 22-year-old missed Chelsea's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal on March 16, after picking up a problem in training the day before. Manager Enzo Maresca confirmed that Palmer required a scan to assess the extent of the injury.
Although the Blues remain optimistic about his recovery, a clearer timeline is expected in the coming days. Chelsea are hopeful that Palmer will be fit for their upcoming Premier League clash with Tottenham on April 3, with the club working towards getting him back to full fitness in time for the match.
