Barcelona are reportedly still interested in Sandro Tonali. MD claim the club have kept him on their list since 2020, when they made a €65m offer to Brescia, but the move did not happen.
Tonali later joined AC Milan, then signed for Newcastle in 2023 for €70m. Despite that, Barcelona have not ruled out a future move if he becomes available, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Hansi Flick already has plenty of midfielders, but Tonali is still seen as a valuable option. The club are monitoring the situation closely, though there is no current negotiation.
It would take a major offer for Newcastle to let him go. Barcelona do not have the budget now, but the interest in Tonali has never fully gone away.
