Barcelona will be playing against Osasuna on Thursday. It will be the first league match in Spain after the international break.
Some Barcelona players in South America will have less than 24 hours of rest before the match.
Reporters asked Barcelona president Joan Laporta what he thinks about the tight schedule.
"I say the same as Pedri, the 72-hour period should be respected, but we're going to show up," Laporta replied.
Barcelona are sitting at the top of La Liga with a game in hand. That game is against Osasuna.
