Chelsea's Conference League semi-final dates confirmed
Chelsea will face Swedish side Djurgarden in the semi-finals of the UEFA Conference League, with the Blues now set to travel to Stockholm for the first leg following a UEFA schedule reshuffle.
Originally due to host the first leg at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's fixture has been reversed due to Tottenham Hotspur’s progression to the Europa League semi-finals. With both London clubs drawn to play at home on the same evening, UEFA has confirmed the switch to avoid a scheduling clash.
As a result, the first leg will now take place at the 3Arena in Stockholm on Thursday, May 1, with kick-off set for 8pm BST. The return leg at Stamford Bridge is scheduled for Thursday, May 8, also kicking off at 8pm.
Chelsea reached the last four after a narrow 4-2 aggregate win over Legia Warsaw, while Djurgarden edged past Rapid Wien to book their spot in the semi-finals.
