Liverpool manager Arne Slot has made it clear that his expectations for the club's No.9 are simple - goals, but also hard work and contribution to the team's pressing game.
Ahead of Premier League clash with Leicester City, Slot was asked about what he demands from his central striker.
"Difficult answer or simple one? Simple one is goals. He needs to produce goals but apart from that, in modern football, No.9s have to work hard and be part of an intense pressing team. All CL semi-finalists work their a*** off! Can I say that?
"In the end, it's help a No.9 of Liverpool scores goals. That is the short answer," Slot has stated.
