Brazil are still pushing to appoint Carlo Ancelotti as their next head coach. Talks have been ongoing in Madrid this week, with federation representatives staying longer to reach a final agreement.
According to Fabrizio Romano: “Brazil insist to have Carlo Ancelotti as new head coach, they want it to happen before the Club World Cup.”
He added: “Federation emissaries, in Madrid for days to approach Carlo’s camp; staying also next week to accelerate.”
Romano also reported: “Ancelotti can really leave Real Madrid, as reported.”
The 65-year-old Italian has not responded publicly. His current deal with Real Madrid expires in 2026.
