Former Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara has heaped praise on Hansi Flick's coaching style, revealing that the German manager has created a dynamic and resilient team environment.
Thiago joined Flick's coaching staff in preseason to aid in the transition before leaving on the eve of La Liga.
"What Hansi has created with the players and what he has maintained, we are very proud," Thiago explained to Cadena SER.
"Because of both the players and the project, I expected this performance. Ultimately, it was about giving them the resilience to play the way they’re doing this season and giving them a more dynamic approach to the game than they’re used to."
