Manchester City are hardly working on the transfer of Diogo Costa. According to journalist Santi Aouna, the Porto goalkeeper has already agreed to move to the Premier League club.
The Citizens hope to sign Costa for around 40 million euros. However, the goalkeeper's agent, Jorge Mendes, is trying to negotiate a transfer below the release clause, which currently stands at 60 million euros.
It was previously reported that Manchester United are also very interested in Costa.
