Napoli remain firm on £64m price for Victor Osimhen, Man Utd negotiating lower fee
31
Manchester United are progressing well in talks with Victor Osimhen, with a contract agreement now believed to be close, reports Calciomercato.
The Napoli striker, who is on loan at Galatasaray right now, remains a key target for Man United, who are eager to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season.
While personal terms are reportedly nearing completion, a gap remains between the clubs over the transfer fee.
Man United are prepared to offer around £40 million but Napoli remain firm on Osimhen's £64 million release clause.
Negotiations are ongoing as both sides look to find a resolution.
