Rashford won't discuss his future until summer; Aston Villa want permanent move after loan - The Independent

Marcus Rashford’s future will only be decided at the end of the season.

According to The Independent, Aston Villa are interested in signing the Manchester United forward permanently after his loan spell. United, meanwhile, need to better comply with Premier League financial regulations, and new manager Amorim is unlikely to count on Rashford moving forward.

It’s also noted that Manchester United are interested in Villa striker Ollie Watkins, but a swap deal involving Rashford is considered unlikely due to the complexity of negotiations.

Rashford himself is reportedly happy at Villa, appreciating his role in the team and his relationship with manager Unai Emery. However, neither he nor his representatives plan to discuss his future until summer, as he is focused on the remainder of the season, the FA Cup run, and the push for Champions League qualification.
