David Raya reflects on defeat to PSG: 'We dominated most of the game'
Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya has expressed optimism despite the Gunners' 1-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final at the Emirates.
"Paris started very quick with a goal. They dominated the first 15 minutes but, after that, I thought we dominated the game. We had the chances and Donnarumma made some brilliant saves.
"It’s only half-time, we take a lot of positives, but credit to the players for the effort. We could have won the game.
"We showed from the 25th minute that we can win against any team. We've shown this season we can win away from home, so we're going to go to Paris next week to win the game," Raya has stated.
The Spanish goalkeeper acknowledged the challenge ahead, with Arsenal needing a strong performance in the second leg in Paris on May 7.
