Manchester United may receive an injury boost heading into the decisive stages of their season, with Diogo Dalot now in contention to return sooner than initially feared, reports Daily Mail.
Diogo Dalot may yet play a part in United’s season final. The Portugal international sustained a calf injury during the Europa League quarter-final win over Lyon and aggravated the issue after coming off the bench against Wolves. He subsequently missed the weekend draw with Bournemouth, sparking fears his season could be over.
However, sources now suggest Dalot could be fit in time to feature in the Europa League final on May 21, should United progress past Athletic.
