'I'm not exaggerating': Mikel Arteta sends rousing message to Arsenal fans before PSG semi-final
Mikel Arteta is doubling down on his strong message to Arsenal fans as they prepare to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-final.
The two sides meet for the first leg at the Emirates this Wednesday.
Reflecting on Arsenal's need to reach the final, Arteta said: "I told them and I'm not exaggerating when I said bring your boots, bring your shorts, bring your shirts and let's play every ball together.
"The Emirates has to be something special that we haven’t seen before. Bring that energy. The connection between the team and supporters is the best it’s ever been.
"Tonight we have a massive opportunity as a club, as supporters, to demonstrate who we are and how far we still want to get together."
