'Klopp doesn't want to go to Serie A or France.' – Vojvodina coach Tanjga on conversation with Jurgen
Jurgen Klopp's former Mainz teammate has spoken about his desire to coach Real Madrid.
"When leaving Liverpool, he told me that he had two desires: to coach the Germany national team and to coach Real Madrid. I don't know if either of these will come true. He is certainly one of the candidates for the Real Madrid job, but for now, it’s all speculation.
"I also know that he never saw himself as the coach of any other English team besides Liverpool. He doesn’t want to go to Serie A or France. At some point, he will become the coach of the Germany national team.
"We spoke with him, and now he’s at Red Bull, working with their clubs worldwide, not particularly thinking about coaching. He doesn't know yet if he’ll get bored with this and return to the bench,” said Miroslav Tanjga, who works at Vojvodina.
