Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has shared his thoughts on the narrow margins that defined his team’s 1-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final at the Emirates.
Arteta highlighted the Merino's disallowed goal, stating: "It was great timing and that's the margins - it's millimetres offside.
"The action of Martinelli is through one on one and the goalkeeper makes a big save. He's done it before in games against Liverpool and Villa.
"Trossard is also through one on one and it's a save. That's the margins in this semi-final.
"It's half time and we have a big chance to be in the final."
