Deco on Yamal and Barcelona: 'I can't imagine a better place for Lamine'

Deco has spoken about the future of Lamine Yamal at Barcelona:

"A player has to be happy at his club, but I can't imagine a better place for Lamine. The boy grew up here, he’s a local. This generation of players has a chance to make history. If I were in his place, I’d want to be here, be part of this.

"I don’t see any problems, especially since he’s under contract [until 2026]. [An extension] will happen eventually," said Barcelona’s sporting director.
