Andreas Christensen has changed his mind about leaving FC Barcelona, Diario Sport reports.
The Danish defender is now refusing to leave the club, as was initially assumed by the media.
Christensen has struggled with injury all through the season, and recovered a couple of months ago to become a benchwarmer behind Inigo Martinez, Pau Cubarsi and Eric Garcia. Even Ronald Araujo is above him in the pecking order.
However, Christensen still sees his future at Barcelona and will fight for his place in the team.
If Christensen and Araujo stay at Barcelona, there will be no need to sign a new defender.
