Dwight Yorke: United should offload Shaw for Estupinan and target Eze

Former Manchester United striker Dwight Yorke believes the Red Devils should make significant changes to their squad this summer, targeting Brighton’s Pervis Estupinan to replace Luke Shaw and Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze to bolster their attacking options.

Yorke, who knows the game inside out, thinks Estupinan's athleticism, mobility, and understanding of the left-back position make him an ideal replacement for the injury-prone Shaw.

"He is a great athlete and gets up and down the pitch, he really understands the position and is so mobile," Yorke said.

At the same time, Yorke is high on Eze, who he believes would bring a much-needed spark to United's attack.

"He is the right age at 26 and I think he is a top footballer with great decision making," Yorke added.

With Ruben Amorim looking to revamp the squad, Yorke's suggestions could be music to the manager's ears.

United have already made one signing under Amorim, with Patrick Dorgu joining from Lecce in January, but Yorke believes the club needs to do more to strengthen their squad and improve their chances of success.
