Manchester United's defensive woes deepened ahead of the Europa League final as Leny Yoro suffered an injury during Sunday's home loss to West Ham.

Yoro, who went down off the ball shortly after halftime, was seen limping as he left the ground and headed straight down the tunnel.

The injury adds to United's growing list of defensive concerns, with Matthijs de Ligt, Ayden Heaven, and Diogo Dalot already sidelined.

Ruben Amorim is facing a tough task in trying to assemble a solid defensive lineup ahead of the Europa League final, which is just two weeks away.

Amorim revealed that the fitness of Yoro, De Ligt, and Heaven is uncertain, but he is hopeful that some of them might be available for the final.

"I don't know if they are going to be available," Amorim said.

"We are going to try and push because it is the final matches and there is a final. All the players want to play in that really bad."

United face Chelsea in the Premier League on Friday, and Amorim hinted that some of the injured players might not feature in that match.

Meanwhile, Dalot is working hard to recover, but Amorim is cautious about rushing him back to avoid further injuries.

With the Europa League final looming, Amorim will be anxiously monitoring the fitness of his key players, hoping to field a strong team against their opponents.
