In what was his second-to-last post-match press conference as Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti had high praise for academy product Jacobo Ramon.
Speaking after Los Blancos’ 2-0 win over Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, Ancelotti was asked to assess the 20-year-old centre-back, who recently broke into the first team.
"Jacobo Ramon? We think he's at the same level of Raul Asencio. He is somewhat shy but has all the qualities to succeed at Real Madrid in the future."
