Real Madrid reach agreement to sign Alvaro Carreras – COPE

According to latest reports from COPE, Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Alvaro Carreras ahead of a summer transfer.
The 22-year-old left-back, currently at Benfica, is expected to become the club’s next reinforcement following the signing of Dean Huijsen.
While no official fee has been disclosed, various sources estimate the deal could cost Madrid between €30 and €50 million.
Carreras, a promising Spanish defender, would add depth and youth to Xabi Alonso' back line.
