Atalanta offer Gasperini new contract with salary increase - reports

Atalanta have proposed a contract extension to head coach Gian Piero Gasperini, whose current deal expires in June 2025, according to Nicolo Schira.

The club aims to extend his tenure until 2027, with an option to prolong until 2028, while also offering a salary increase.

Gasperini, who has managed Atalanta since 2016, has led the team in 438 matches, securing the 2023/24 Europa League title and three Serie A bronze medals.

This season, Atalanta are guaranteed third place in Serie A with 70 points.

They will face against Parma in the final Matchday on May 23, 2025, aiming to cap a stellar campaign under Gasperini’s guidance.
