“Nico Williams was one of our transfer targets [last summer]. In the end, we decided to go for Dani Olmo," Joan Laporta said.
"At the moment, I think the sporting management is considering other options,” Laporta adds.
Laporta's comments all but confirm that the Blaugrana have conceded their pursuit of Nico Williams.
Barca are unlikely to sign a winger this summer as they hope to improve their full-back and midfield positions.
