'I seriously considered it': Thiago Silva still regrets not playing for Barcelona

Thiago Silva is considered one of the few Rolls-Royce defenders in his prime, playing for big clubs like AC Milan and PSG. But he still regrets rejecting Barcelona back then.
"Barcelona was the team I always dreamed of playing for. Before I moved to PSG, Barça were interested in me," Silva recounted in his latest interview.
"It was difficult because I had just renewed my contract with Milan. When the opportunity arose, I seriously considered it," Silva adds.
The Brazilian is now in his 40s, playing for his childhood club Fluminense. He won the Champions League at Chelsea after joining them in the twilight of his career.
