According to The Times, Kevin De Bruyne will fly to Italy next week to hold talks with Napoli over a free-agency move this summer.
The Belgian midfielder has reportedly been offered a two-year deal by the team that has just sealed the Serie A title.
De Bruyne is expected to talk to Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and head coach Antonio Conte.
The 33-year-old has already played his last home game for Man City, bidding farewell to the Etihad crowd. It is unclear if he will be involved in the final game of the season or the Club World Cup.
