Kepa and Kovacic join Chelsea training for the first time (pics inside)
- The Blues have signed Mateo Kovacic and Kepa Arrizabalaga in the final days of the transfer window
With the new Premier League season starts this weekend, our players are hard at work on the pitch in order to get into the best possible shape by the first-week clash with Huddersfield. There's plenty of work to do for our men.
However, one of Chelsea's newcomers has already started training three weeks ago with his former club. We're talking about Kepa Arrizabalaga, who demonstrated good physical condition and is expected to be ready to play on Saturday.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said about Mateo Kovacic, as he was not involved in the training process properly after the World Cup, as he was desperate to orchestrate his move away from Bernabeu. Well, there's no doubt that our unshaped players will soon catch up, as hard work fixes any problems.
It's worth saying that both Victor Moses and Tiemoue Bakayoko were present at the session, as the two players were reportedly linked to loan moves to Wolverhampton and AC Milan respectively.
