Pavard set to join Bayern Munich in summer for £31.4m

Bayern Munich have allegedly reached an agreement to pen France defender Benjamin Pavard, who is set to join German champions on a five-year season from 2019-2020, Bavarian club’s sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic says:
“I can announce that we managed to get the services of Benjamin Pavard from 1 July 2019,” Salihamidzic said during a Bayern training camp in Qatar. “He signed a five-year contract.”
The 22-year-old France WC winner currently plays for Bayern's Bundesliga rivals VfB Stuttgart and was a part of France’s 2018 World Cup triumph in Russia.
The contract fee is believed to be in the region of €35m (£31.4m).
