Diario AS: Tottenham slap another colossal price-tag on Kane
- Real Madrid have directly contacted Spurs and found out that Daniel Levy wants €350m for the striker.
- It is €128m more than the current all-time most expensive transfer.
- Los Blancos do not intend to negotiate any discount before the summer transfer window.
According to Diario AS, Real Madrid's representative has directly contacted Tottenham Hotspur with an intention to find out the price of the English team's most valuable asset Harry Kane. The answer was an expected one although still rather mind-blowing. Thus, president Daniel Levy demands €350m for the 25-year-old whose contract runs out in summer 2024.
Los Blancos are currently looking for a replacement of Cristiano Ronaldo who left last summer and joined Serie A champions Juventus. Florentino Perez's failure to sign any world-class goalscorer has caused a substantial dip in team' form this season. We are only fifth in La Liga having scored just 26 goals in 18 matches.

The evident lack of a prolific striker is not considered an emergency in the Bernabeu offices and Diario AS understand that no particular actions are planned for the winter transfer window. Real Madrid are willing to continue their strategy and wait until the summer break to make a move for any big player.
Meanwhile, Harry Kane is having yet another massive season with Spurs. He has already scored 20 goals in 30 matches in all competitions this season leading the goal-scoring chart of the Premier League with 14 goals (level with Aubameyang). The striker has also been linked with Madrid's worst enemies Barcelona but it is believed that the Catalans prioritize the transfers of Ajax youngsters Frenkie De Jong and Matthijs De Ligt.
How much should Real Madrid offer for Harry Kane?
