Belgian international has all but confirmed his departure from Manchester United with his recent Instagram post.
The midfielder uploaded a photo of himself, his brother and his agent - all pictured together at the airport, with the caption that says: "Let's go."
Manchester United are understood to have agreed a £7m deal with Chinese club Shandong Luneng over the transfer of 31-year-old midfielder. The player has already had a medical and is now on his way to China to settle personal terms.
