Mikel Arteta explains why Ainsley Maitland-Niles has barely played since January

The 22-year-old has been relegated to a benchwarmer role as of late. His game time has been reduced to short cameos from the bench.

The last time he played the full 90 minutes was in January against Sheffield United.
