Mkhitaryan: 'My time in London is over'

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is pushing for a move away from Arsenal. According to Corriere Dello Sport, the attacking midfielder has had a chat with the Gunners boardroom and informed them of his decision to leave the club.

"My time in London is over, I hope you can find an agreement with Roma because my desire is to stay [at Stadio Olimpico]," he is quoted saying by the Italian newspaper.

The source adds that the Gunners are currently in talks with AS Roma and are ready to accept a £10m fee for the transfer.

The Serie A side, also struggling financially, are prepared to pay the required sum.

FC Sochi have asked whether the 31-year-old would be interested in joining them but the player has 'thanked but declined' their approach.

Can't deny that Micki was good during his time at Arsenal:

The Giallorossi are keen on landing the midfielder with their boss Paolo Fonseca publicly stating his desire to keep Mkhitaryan in the squad.

The Armenian has been in a brilliant form this season with 9 goal involvements in 13 Serie A appearances.

He finds life much more pleasant in Italy in comparison to England and is believed to be ready to cut his wages in order to remain at Olimpico.

Do you think Arsenal would make a mistake if we sell Micki?
