Until Arteta proves he’s worth anything in football, he needs to start being the humble one. As I said before, he was mediocre as a footballer and just an apprentice as manager. He’s actually the first manager to get us to the relegation zone in the last 50 years. He means nothing for Arsenal. His aggressive style to deal with the players makes him smaller and non valuable. He brought all this chaos at Arsenal and I think we need a real manager to take us out of this mess. We don’t have any direction at the moment. Apart from Luiz, Wilian and Xhaka, he rotates chaotically everyone without any logic. Poor Martinelli waits for a chance from God, as Arteta has his own plans with the youngsters. 
Team management it’s a strange word for Arteta.

Agree that only the player can make the change. He is a moody player and will upset the harmony amongst the squad unless he becomes more humble. Such a waste of talent too. 

Claudiu, am not sure if your prejudice is against Arteta as a person or against him as a manager. If it's the first, then I can't say anything about that given that we are all free to choose who we like and who we don't like. But if it's the second, then am afraid my friend you are being totally biased. As a manager, Arteta is not as bad as you have chosen to paint and describe him. Calling him names only show me that you are not being objective in your judgement of him. Well, am sorry he is not the person you want him to be. I don't see how you can do much about that anyways...

It’s just an opinion based on facts. I’m not asking anyone to share my opinion also. We are free to believe whatever we want. 
But if you read again my comments you’ll see that everything is right... and also you’ll see that I didn’t call him names.  
And I guess you meant something else with “prejudice” as I can’t understand the sense in here. 
The fact that he was a mediocre player, the fact that he means nothing for Arsenal and he is just a Guardiola apprentice, it’s all true . 

Am not sure calling out Arteta every time Guendouzi's name is mentioned is the right way to go. Forgiveness and reconciliation is only possible when the one who has erred accepts his/her fault and show a willingness to do better. Everyone keeps saying he made a mistake, but has he accepted he made a mistake? You heard him saying a while back about not willing to change who he is... 
Arteta might be as stubborn as he is. Difference is, Arteta is the boss, Guendouzi is the pupil. However anyone chooses to see it, his Arsenal career is not being thwarted by Arteta. Whenever he is ready to revive his career, am pretty sure he knows exactly what he needs to do.

I expected Arteta to do just what you mentioned unless he doesn't care about the players Unai Emery signed...
After all Unai Emery signed Martineli also and hardly the boy get a playtime.

Kevin, My feeling is Arteta has already made his decision on Guendouzi. I wouldn't compare him to Suarez's career. Matteo is a good player. No doubts about that. But I see nothing special in him to say he can turn into an absolutely top player. I mean that he's replaceable. If he's burnt all bridges with Arteta, Arsenal will cash in on him to reinvest in an alternative.

I still believe that there's more to come under the right management from Guendouzi he is solid on the ball and shown us what he can do but I think with all this hype and his mind needs to settle down and then you will see a massive improvement from him . His early games for us was fantastic strong in the midfield and made things happen. So I think we will have to watch to see what happens bro . But I believe there's a hell of a player inside waiting to get out .🤞

Artete this could actually be the best piece of work you can do for yourself and Arsenal.  For yourself use and learn how far your people skills can stretch and if you can tame the young wild yearling without bullying him . Talk to him try and understand what is going on inside this frustrated young talented player heard 1st . Take him under your wing he needs someone to trust . Remember all talented players or brainy people  have their quirky ways its about turning that into there game. And thats what Guendouzi needs and he will reward anyone  who can do this . For instance look at Suerez the bitter he is a fantastic player but got kicked out of Liverpool and English football and then became one of the best players alongside Ronaldo. Worth considering 🤔

He is super talented. Bring him back after his loan deal. He has a lot to offer to our darling club. Arsenal management, please; Arteta please.
