"So it boils down to the players not giving their all and the manager's not applying squad rotation, we need competition amongst the squad.
"If a player is underperforming put him on the bench, we can not continue this way and think we are moving forward. Use strict management, rotate your players, go against your wish, show us that you deserve our support and also the players."

But my problem with Aubameyang is that he is not even conscious of the fact that he is the captain of Arsenal football club!! Which is shocking!!! Either in his contributions on the pitch or bossing people for things to be done.
"Surprisingly, Aubameyang has left the pitch in recent times twice without handing over the armband when substituted, this shows he is not conscious. I have seen elsewhere when a captain is substituted, he removes the armband first but Aubameyang doesn’t do that.
"I feel he needs to understand the enormity of the task and responsibilities off and on the field, which a captain is to do. He needs to up his game and be more conscious of his status as the Captain of Arsenal football club."
