Spotify owner shows interest in buying Arsenal following anti-Kroenke protests

As Arsenal fans made their dissent against Stan Kroenke known by organising a huge protest ahead of the Everton clash, Spotify co-owner and CEO Daniel Ek expressed an interest in buying the club.

Ek tweeted: "As a kid growing up, I’ve cheered for Arsenal as long as I can remember. If KSE [Stan Kroenke] would like to sell Arsenal, I'd be happy to throw my hat in the ring."

Despite Stan's son Josh Kroenke's recent discussion with fans, it looks like the Emirates faithful are angry and unwilling to stay quiet.

If Daniel is really able to submit a bid, a lot of fans' prayers will be answered - we'd finally have someone who knows the Arsenal way.
