Switzerland inflicted a shocking defeat on France in the Round of 16 clash. It means Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is through to the quarter-finals!
Switzerland surprisingly took a lead through Haris Seferovic's header. They failed to score a penalty in the second half and were punished with Karim Benzema's quickfire brace and Paul Pogba's long-range missile.
But Switzerland did not give up and pulled off a fantastic comeback, as Seferovic scored his second with another header, and then Gavranovic levelled it up with a right-footed finish.
The game ended 3-3 in extra time and went to penalties. Switzerland triumphed in the shootout as Kylian Mbappe missed his team's fifth shot.
As Kieran Tierney's Scotland were knocked out in the group stages, only Xhaka and 2 other Arsenal players remain alive in the tournament.
These are Bukayo Saka (England) and Bernd Leno (Germany). And their respective sides face each other on Tuesday.
