Fabrizio Romano reveals details of Arsenal's second bid for Lokonga

"Arsenal official bid to Anderlecht for Albert Sambi Lokonga: €17.5m + add ons [potentially around €4m]," Fabrizio Romano tweeted on Monday.

"Agreement still to be reached on future sale percentage as Anderlecht want 15%. Personal terms already agreed."

Arsenal's first bid of €15m was rejected by the Belgian outfit.

The second bid should match Anderlecht's asking price for the central midfielder.

Personal terms between the 21-year-old and Arsenal have already been agreed, as per Sky Sports.
