Arteta asked about Mudryk interest

Mikel Arteta has refused to speculate about Arsenal's interest in Mykhailo Mudryk with the January transfer window set to reopen in just a few days.

The Spaniard told Sky Sports on Monday: "I never speak about players that are not with us. You have to ask me the question but we've said we will try to find ways to strengthen the team if we find the right players, and that is all I can say."

Henry has full confidence in Arsenal

Thierry Henry is convinced that Arsenal have what it takes to compete with Manchester City for the Premier League title as the 2022/23 season goes on.

The Frenchman told Amazon Prime: "Yes, they are here to stay. We have a team, all Arsenal fans were waiting for was a team to compete — not one, two or three players. A squad. You win a title with a squad."

Elneny reacts to Ceballos' praise

Ex-Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos, who is now back at Real Madrid, had this to say about Mohamed Elneny on Twitter: "Incredible professional, incredible teammate. More players like that in football. A luxury player for the Arsenal."

And the Egypt international was quick to reply to his former Emirates teammate on social media: "Thank you bro!"
