Yes ffp is in place  in England  man City  have been investigated in previous  years  and  nothing  was done,and with Chelsea  the reason  they are giving  8 year contract  to players is so they can spread  the cost over  the length  of it to get around  ffp as of the summer  transfer  window  fifa is changing  it so only  five year  contract  can been handed.

All this over inflation  of players  prices  started when Abramovich took over at Chelsea  and then man City  and now back to Chelsea it's killing  the smaller teams something  needs to be done.

The smaller teams are not even after trophies again. They're all for business (selling players) now.

That's the reason they can't  compete  with the top teams with bringing players in so they get as much  as they can.

Tielimans  might  not be defensive  but go and get for 25 million  plus your  have change for a defensive  midfielder  aswell.

Tielemans games has dropped in recent times and l think he’s not at that level at the moment.
