Arsenal fans make two surprise picks to replace Saliba - one is 18, the other has just one appearance

Some Arsenal fans have backed either Jakub Kiwior or youngster Reuell Walters to replace the injured William Saliba against Crystal Palace.

Kiwior has made just one appearance for the Gunners since joining from Spezia in January. Meanwhile, Walters, 18, is yet to feature for the senior side.

Yet faithful believe the duo would do a better job than the experienced Rob Holding.

FK: Walters RB, White RCB, Gabriel LCB, Zinchenko LB?

TK Afc: "Get Kiwior in as a straight swap for Saliba. You don’t spend £25m on a full Polish international to persist with Holding, that’s for sure".

Merlin: 'I wouldn't be against it (Walters) for the pure fact that Holding always has a big error in him, every match. Just look at Thursday... I just don't trust him anymore".

GoonLemon: "I think I would leave out Holding. I really like the guy but I dont trust him enough for the run in".

Omar Berrada: "Play Kiwior? He played in the middle of a back 3 at Spezia. Play him at CB, get White and Gabriel either side of him to give him some protection. We're gunna have most of the ball in our 3-2-5 formation. White, Kivior and Gabriel as the 3 with Zinchenko and Partey in front."
