Leandro Trossard undergoes 'minor operation' after suffering injury

According to Belgian publication HLN, Leandro Trossard has had to undertake a 'minor operation' which is why he's absent from the Belgium squad.

Trossard played for Arsenal against Wolves, which was our final game of the season. He played 80 minutes and provided two assists.

However, HLN understands Trossard picked up an injury in the process - although the nature of the injury and operation are not revealed.

The 28-year-old enjoyed a solid debut campaign at Arsenal, assisting 10 times and scoring once in the Premier League.
