'Hero? Frank Lampard': Sancho reveals Chelsea loyalties growing up

Sancho is preparing for Euro 2020 with the England camp ahead of their tournament opener against Croatia on Sunday and was asked to name his England hero while speaking with talkSport.

He said: "England hero? I'd probably say Frank Lampard. I was a Chelsea fan growing up, I'm not gonna lie!

"Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard were my favourite players at the time. 

"I just loved Frank Lampard and how he played his game - he was so direct and so composed on the ball and I like things like that."

If Sancho is a proper Blue, then he won't be going to Manchester United like the rumours suggest!
