Chelsea's pre-season has officially kicked off with a 6-1 thrashing of Peterborough United in a game behind closed doors.

Thomas Tuchel fielded two separate teams in the first half and the second half, as is common in pre-season with both unites delivering.

Although the Blues went behind in the first half, Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic both scored to take the lead into the break.

Half-time substitute Hakim Ziyech has stamped his intent in the first game of pre-season itself, scoring 3 goals in one half to turn it into a rout for the Blues.

Returning loanee Armando Broja scored a goal too, as he looks to impress enough to stay with Tuchel's side this season.
