Chelsea defender Baba Rahman has joined Championship side Reading on loan until the end of this season, it has been confirmed.
The 27-year-old has signed a new deal with the Blues, keeping him at the club until 2024.
This is the left-back's 6th loan since he joined Chelsea in 2015.
The Ghana international and has made 23 appearances for the Blues so far, all in the 2015-16 season.
OFFICIAL: Davide Zappacosta joins Atalanta in permanent transfer
Davide Zappacosta is headed back to the club where he first played Serie A football, ending his four-year Chelsea career.
The defender has joined Atalanta in a permanent deal, having made his breakthrough in Serie A with them in 2014/15, before earning a move to Torino.
The fee is reported to be around £10 million for Zappacosta.
Overall, he made 52 appearances for the Blues, scoring 2 goals and assisting 4 more.
Chelsea wrote a goodbye statement for Zappacosta: "We would like to thank Davide for his services and wish him the best of luck in the future."

OFFICIAL: Kenedy leaves for Flamengo on loan, extends Chelsea contract
Brazilian winger Kenedy has signed a contract extension with Chelsea before heading out on loan to Flamengo.
The 25-year-old has been on Chelsea's books since 2015 but has only made 27 first-team appearances for the Blues, scoring three goals.
For the past two seasons, Kenedy was loaned out to Spanish sides, Getafe and Granada, but now he returns to his homeland.
He's unlikely to be the last Chelsea player to leave on loan this summer: Lyon are closing in on a similar deal for Emerson Palmieri.
